Q1:What is over-charge?
A1:After normal charge, test the batteries' initial state and capacity. Charge to 10.0V at 3C, then charge at CV  mode to 0.01C. Observe battery's variation of appearance.

Q2:What is over-discharge?
A2:After normal charge, test the batteries' initial state. When the batteries are normal, Discharge to 0V at 0.5C.  Observe battery's variation of appearance.

Q3:How about your leadtime?
A3:3-5 days for samples;20-25 days for bulk order.

Q4:What kind of certifications can you provide?
A4:If your order quantity is big,then we can provide the CE,ROHS,FCC,MSDS,UN38.3 certifications and test reports.

Q5:What is external short circuit?
A5: After normal charge, test the batteries initial state, Keep the battery into explosion protection cover, short-  circuit the positive and negative terminals directly (general resistance shall be less than or equal to 50mΩ). Sto  p the test when the temperature falls to 10ºC lower than the peak value. Observe the variation of the batteries'  appearance and temperature.

Q6:How do you usually ship the battery?
A6:For samples,we normally ship them by Express like UPS,Fedex,DHL,TNT,and it only take 4-6 business days to be arrived;for mass production,we normally ship them by air or by sea.
