3.Q:What kind of certications can you provide?

   A:Most of battery packs are customized,we don't have aviable certifications,but we can apply them for you,the certifications cost will be paid by customer if the order quantity is not big;if the order quantity is big,then we will pay the certification cost

4.Q:What is your leadtime?

    A:3-5 days for samples;25-30 days for mass production after payment or deposit.

5.Q:Are your battery packs safe?

    A:We built in BMS which can prvent the over-charge,over-discharge,over-current and short circuit.

6.Q:Can you provide the charger?
